Years later, their daughter, Ellen, would wear the same necklace to show the world that she IS a lawyer.
We are incredibly proud that Ellen’s story was featured on the cover of the Women’s Edition of Super Lawyers magazine, an insert to the March 19th New York Times. Ellen has been named a Top 50 Women Super Lawyer and Super Lawyer in the Elder Law category.
Making this honor even sweeter is the fact that every Makofsky Valente Law Group attorney was named a Super Lawyer this year. Partner Lisa Valente and associate Christina Lamm are honored as Rising Stars in the Elder Law category, and associate Deidre Baker is a Rising Star in the Estate Planning & Probate category. All four attorneys are among the Top Women attorneys of 2022 as selected by Super Lawyers magazine. We are so proud of all of our attorneys for their accomplishments.
