Makofsky Valente Law Group is proud to once again participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Long Island Walk, taking place on Sunday October 18, 2026.
“Breast cancer has touched the lives of so many families. Every step we take brings us closer to a future with more hope and fewer lives affected by this disease,” said Managing Partner, Lisa Valente. “I’m honored to walk alongside our team and community to support those facing breast cancer and help fund the research and resources that make progress possible.”
Makofsky Valente Law Group, P.C. will be fundraising and walking together to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving research, education initiatives, patient support programs, and advocacy efforts.
The walk begins between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM (rolling start) and ends around noon at Jones Beach State Park, Field 5, which is located at 1 Ocean Parkway, Wantagh, NY. More information on this event is available here.
