Big congratulations to partner Lisa Valente who was honored by Long Island Business News by being named one of 2025’s Top 50 Women in Business! The honor culminated on October 16th with an event at the Crest Hollow Country Club where honorees were recognized. The Top 50 Women in Business Awards celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, and recognizes top Long Island’s women professionals for their business acumen, mentoring and community involvement. The program’s honorees are selected by a judging committee and represent the most influential women in business, government and the nonprofit fields.
Lisa demonstrated that community involvement earlier that same day by helping to educate fellow attorneys at the Nassau County Bar Association on how proper legal planning and home ownership can help clients safely age in place at home. Lisa also does many speaking engagements on elder law topics for the general public via adult education programs.
