A Top 50 Women SuperLawyer

Kudos to Ellen Makofsky for being named a 2019 Top 50 Women SuperLawyer in the New York Metropolitan area for the 5th year! Ellen is the only Nassau County, NY Elder Law lawyer included on the list of Top Women attorneys.
In addition, Ellen was named for the 11th consecutive year as a SuperLawyer in the Elder Law category.
Please look for Ellen in the October 20 New York Times, where she will be featured in the New York Metro 2019 SuperLawyers insert.
The SuperLawyers designation begins with nomination by one’s peers and follows up with third party research that factors in the candidate’s credentials, experience, and awards received. The SuperLawyers list represents the top 5% of lawyers in New York State, which makes Ellen top of the “top”.
